- DONNA BEARUP
DIRECTOR OF TENNISDonna brings a long history of tennis experience to the Kingsbury Club. Her certifications as a USPTA Elite Professional, Certified Umpire and USTA Sports Competency certifications in Level I and II Sport Science, as well as serving on the MIT A Board of Directors, have provided her with the knowledge base to serve as Director of Tennis.
Donna began teaching at the Millpond Tennis Club in 1979 (now SSYMCA) and moved to the Kingsbury Club and closer to her home in Duxbury. There she taught part time, progressed to Junior Coordinator and full time Professional, until becoming the Director of Tennis in 2000-a job she clearly enjoys!

- CHRISTEN ZAWATSKY
TENNIS PROFESSIONALDIRECTOR OF JUNIOR TENNISA native of Medfield, Christen played 4 years of varsity tennis at Medfield High School and was named team and league MVP as well as being voted Tri-Valley League All-Star and Boston Globe and Herald All-Scholastic. She was consistently ranked in singles and doubles in the USTA girl's 16 and 18 divisions. Christen continued her successful tennis career at URI where she was voted outstanding rookie of the year and led the team with a 26 and 10 record. In her senior year, she captained the Ram's team.
Before joining the staff here at Kingsbury, Christen was a full time professional at our sister club in Medfield for 3 years where in addition to teaching, she earned her certification as an ACE trainer. Since then she has continued her passion for learning and become a Certified Tennis Professional through the USPTA, as well as a Certified Cardio and Cardio TRX Coach. Christen has expanded her coaching resume to include coaching at the USTA EDC (Early Development Camps), the Team USA Event and served as a Zonal Coach for the New England 14 & Under team where she coached the best players in New England against other USTA sections in Kalamazoo, MI.
Known for her endless energy, winning smile and passion for teaching players of all ages and abilities, it is no wonder that she has developed such a loyal following of clients!
- BOSTJAN KOLARICDIRECTOR OF ADULT TENNIS
Originally from Slovenia, Bostjan graduated from Saint Anselm's College in Manchester, NH with a BA in Psychology. At Saint Anselm's Bostjan captained both the Men's tennis team and Men's ice hockey team. He was voted to the ECAC All-Conference Team for 4 years. A gifted all around athlete, Bostjan was awarded the Rookie of the Year in Ice Hockey in the ECAC and was voted MVP of the Pal Cup in 2005.
For the past 5 summers Bostjan has served as Director of Tennis at the Bellevue Golf Club in Melrose, MA. Prior to Bellevue Golf Club, Bostjan worked as an Assistant Tennis Professional at The Country Club in Brookline, MA. Bostjan also served as the Varsity Tennis Coach at Dexter and Southfield Schools before joining the tennis staff at The Kingsbury Club in 2012. In addition to coaching at the USTA NE EDC (Early Development Camps), Bostjan was also selected as a coach for the Team USA event where he worked with the top juniors in New England.
- SEAN BLEAU
Sean is a native of North Dighton, Ma where he captained his high school team and was voted an All Star by the Sun Chronicle, Taunton Gazette and South West Conference.After high school Sean went to Bridgewater State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Education Exercise with a Science/ Health Fitness concentration.Post college Sean did an internship with Evolution Sports Performance where he learned to effectively train and program athletes for their respective sports. Sean became certified as a USPTR Professional in 2012 and followed that by a certification in 10 and under tennis the same year.Sean’s Tennis Professional background began in Rhode Island at Forecourt Racquet and Fitness Club and continued at Tennis Rhode Island. After a year teaching at the Brown Billone Tennis Club, Sean served as Director of the St. Andrews Summer Tennis Program as well as the Dighton Rehoboth Summer Tennis Program. Prior to joining the Kingsbury Club staff in 2016, Sean worked as a Staff Professional at the Chelsea Piers Club in Stamford CT. This summer Sean became part of the professional staff at DYC.
- DOLLY SNOW BICKNELLTENNIS PROFESSIONALA 2012 inductee into the New England Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island, Dolly Snow Bicknell as always had tennis as an important part of her life. Dolly began playing competitively at age 11 and was ranked in the New England juniors from that time on. Although she was periodically ranked #1 in the singles of various age groups, Dolly was always more comfortable playing doubles, where she held the #1 ranking throughout each age group-even through the Women's events.
Her teaching career began in 1969 and in 197 4 she joined the staff at the Kingsbury Club (formerly the Pilgrim Tennis Club) shortly after it opened and has been an icon ever since.

- BRIAN BUITENHUYSTENNIS PROFESSIONALBrian Buitenhuys has been a USPTA certified tennis instructor since 1999. Brian worked as a tennis assistant at Eel River Beach Club in Plymouth for two years when he then became the Head Pro in 2001. As a former college player, he was voted newcomer of the year in the Mayflower Conference while competing for Johnson State College.
Brian works full time as an Account Manager at W.B. Mason as well as playing an essential role as a part time Tennis Professional at the Kingsbury Club
- MAUREEN BUITENHUYS
Moe Buitenhuys has done it all at the Kingsbury Club since joining the staff in 1993 Moe originally joined the staff as a front desk receptionist and for a time oversaw the operations of the front desk. Always a quick study, she also took up stringing racquets and became proficient in that area in a short time. On court Moe's tennis skills continued to improve and soon she was not only competing on our highest competitive ladies team, but she also began helping out on court teaching juniors.
