We hear all the time that cycling is "intimidating" and we understand that, but trust us when we say that you are in complete control of your speed & resistance on your bike. Our Certified instructors will help you set up your bike to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. No pressure to do everything (or anything) the instructor is suggesting; it's YOUR ride! All you have to do is move your legs & have fun!
Cycling classes can strengthen the heart and lungs, burn calories, lower total cholesterol, decrease stress, reduce the risk of some diseases and improve the quality of your life. In essence, cycling classes are really good for you!

This highly motivating group cycle class will help take you on a journey to a fitter & healthier lifestyle! Reduce your body fat, lose weight, improve aerobic fitness, relieve stress...and have FUN while pedaling to the music!
This awesome 30-minspin class/30-min bootcamp class will soon be one of your favorites! We will work hard on the bikes for the first 30 minutes then head into the MindBody studio or Turf for 30-minutes of strength training. Time will fly by! You are welcome to take half the class as well...Great intro to Spin!
