Free Weight Area
Our Life Fitness circuit is a great place to get a base, including the Synergy 360, an incredible piece of equipment with 14-stations, perfect for creating a full body workout! More advanced lifters can compliment their workout in the free weight area or on our turf field. Some benefits of using free weights include:
- ability to perform many different exercises
- ability to train at many angles
- offers single and multi-joint exercises
- ability to train specific muscle groups not included in the circuit
- trains assisting muscle groups
- easy to use; however, proper instruction and supervision for beginners or those using heavy weight loads is a must!
New Adult Members
Included in membership are two orientations with a certified personal trainer. Our certified trainers will orient you with our equipment and show you safe and effective settings/weights on the equipment to help you reach your goals.
New Junior Members
We offer group fitness classes for Juniors ages 3-18.
