LYNN LAPPAS
AQUATICS DIRECTORLYNN LAPPAS is a Red Cross certified WSI swim instructor. She has been managing aquatic and
other departments in health clubs and resorts for over twenty years. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management.Lynn enjoys helping children and adults achieve their swimming goals, whether it’s swimming on their own for the first time or training for a triathlon. “Swimming is a necessary life skill and also one that will give you health benefits throughout your whole life”.
MARY FRAN GROSSMAN
SWIM INSTRUCTORMARY FRAN GROSSMAN is a WSI Swim Instructor and Aquatic Exercise Instructor. She has been teaching at the Kingsbury Club for the past 10 years. She has previously been the Aquatics Director for the University of Michigan and at summer camps in Wisconsin. Mary Fran has been teaching adults and children to swim for many years.CAROL MANNING
AQUATIC EXERCISE INSTRUCTORCAROL MANNING has been teaching Aquatic Exercise for over 10 years at the Kingsbury Club.
She is certified in many aspects of aquatics ranging from Water Safety Instructor to Lifeguard, CPR, CPO and Aquatic Fitness.
She works locally as a Dental Hygenist.CONNIE MEINE
AQUATIC EXERCISE INSTRUCTORCONNIE MEINE has been an Aquatic Exercise Instructor at The Kingsbury Club for the past 10 years. Connie draws on a background of 20 years of fitness industry experience as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Love of the water made the pool a natural choice for rehabilitation and cross training following a back injury years ago, which subsequently led to becoming certified as an AEA Aquatics Instructor in 1998.
Connie finds it a privilege to be able to help motivate and provide fitness awareness to others through a lifetime commitment to exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle.ANNE TONASZUCK
SWIM INSTRUCTORANNE TONASZUCK has been swimming her whole life. She has coached swimming for the past 30 years and has been with the Kingsbury Club for over 10 years. Her passion and enthusiasm for the sport of swimming is passed on to all her studentsDEBBI HILL
SWIM INSTRUCTORDebbi has been a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor for over 30 years. She comes to the Kingsbury Club & Spa with a very strong background in swimming and athletics. She was one of the head coaches for M.A.S.K. for 30 years. She was the Assistant Athletic Director and physical education & health teacher and coached varsity field hockey, swimming & lacrosse for The Winsor School inBoston for 28 years. She taught swimming at
Healthtrax in Hanover for 20 years. She wasalso a college level field hockey official and a
high school level basketball & lacrosseofficial. Teaching kids good sportsmanship
and being a part of a team is something sheinstills in every student.
Amy Lowe
SWIM INSTRUCTORAMY LOWE is a certified swim and lifeguard instructor. She has been teaching at the Kingsbury club for the past 16 years. Amy has a passion for teaching children of all ages and abilities. Her goal is to teach her students to be both comfortable and safe in the water.
Emily Schneider
SWIM INSTRUCTORWATER EXERCISE INSTRUCTOREmily Campbell is a Red Crosscertified Water Safety Instructor, a Water Fitness Instructor and a group cycling instructor. She is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Recreation. Emily believes staying healthy and moving your body at any age is so important and what better way to do this is than in the pool where all those aches and pains will just go away and leave you relaxed, energized and pain free.
