VIP Guest List Procedures

Members are encouraged to introduce guests to the Pub under the following conditions:

Member Guest Privileges

Members may bring guests to the Pub at anytime to enjoy a drink, grab a bite, or watch a game.  Member’s guests that wish to play golf must pay a $15 per person Guest Fee as well as pay the appropriate Golf Pod Fee. 

Members VIP Guest List

Members who would like to have friends visit the Pub without them will have the option of putting their guests on the Pub VIP Guest List.  Members may place up to 4 people on this list permanently. Members must call ahead to make daily reservations for additional guests not on their permanent VIP List. Members must specify who to put on the VIP Guest List, and must agree to claim full responsibility for the actions and behavior of their guest(s) while they are visiting the Pub. 

To add a person onto the VIP Guest List please send email to guestlist@kingsburyclub.com or call 781 585-3883 and ask for a manager.

Arriving Guests

Arriving guest must identify themselves at the Front Desk and sign in.  Guest’s names will be filed under the Kingsbury Club member's name.  Once confirmed to be on the VIP Guest List, guests will be permitted to access the Kingsbury Club Pub. 

If a guest's name is not listed under a member account, they will not be permitted into the Pub.

Note: Kingsbury Club Management reserves the right of final interpretation of the aforementioned privileges.  The Club Manager or his/her designee may at any time, without stating reason, deny guest privileges to any individual when, in his/her opinion, it is in the best interest of the club and the membership to do so.
