Kingsbury Club Fitness
The Fitness Center features strength training equipment, waterrowers, treadmills, Stairmasters, bicycles, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, Arc trainers and free weights. Our fitness facility is carpeted to reduce sound and the freeweight area has rubber flooring to enhance stability. We have three group exercise rooms for indoor cycling, Pilates and group exercise. Group exercise classes are supplemented with stereo tapedeck, CD player, receivers, 4 speakers and microphone. We have 30 Reebok Steps, 25 Bosu Balance Trainers and 31 Keiser spinning bikes. Our cardio-equipment includes treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, steppers, 2 waterowers and 2 elliptical trainers, positioned in view of ten 42" flat screen televisions.
Our new Keiser equipment provides a low impact, high intensity resistance training workout using air pressure, as opposed to a traditional weight stack. This equipment is easy to adjust with lightweight seats and digital displays that actually count your repetitions for you! As you progress, you can add as little as one pound at a time - perfect for those just starting out. Private Pilates Studio
Our new Private Pilates Studio is fully equipped with Cadillac, Split Chairs, Ladder, Barrels, rehab and regular Reformers, and various small equipment. We offer group and private Pilates training.

Free Weight Area
The Bodymasters Circuit is a great place to get started and build a great strength base. More advanced lifters can complement their workout in the free weight area. Some benefits of using free weights include:
- ability to perform many different exercises
- ability to train at many angles
- offers single and multi-joint exercises
- ability to train specific muscle groups not included in the circuit
- trains assisting muscle groups
- easy to use; however, proper instruction and supervision for beginners or those using heavy weight loads is a must!
New Adult Members
Included in membership are two appointments with a certified personal trainer. We will design a program just for you and you will learn how to operate the equipment needed to achieve your goals.
New Junior Members
We offer group fitness classes for Juniors ages 3-18.
