Fitness Classes


BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BOSU Bootcamp

Get slightly “off balance” with this total body training class. Lunge, squat, push, pull, and rotate with exercises that emphasize core strength and stability. No equipment is off limits here: weights, tubing, body bars and yoga balls will be used in a class that takes a new approach to traditional body sculpting. Maximize your post workout calorie burn with this high energy class.

Core Conditioning

Strengthening exercises that focus on abdominals, obliques, and lower back for comprehensive core stabilization.

Integrated Body Sculpt

This total body workout will integrate core into your workouts. Execute compound movements for upper and lower body using light weights, body bars or tubing. Improve your endurance and strength, speed up that metabolism and start the week off with a bang...just do it!!

Kickbox IT

Kick, punch, curl, and press your way to increased strength and endurance. Intervals of shadow boxing and footwork alternate with strength training supersets to power up your day!

Muscle Mix

Sculpt your way through a variety of training methods. Steps, Bosus, body bars, tubing, bands, barbells and free weights will be used to help you achieve muscular endurance & strength. Enhance agility, challenge your balance skills, and build a stronger core.

Pilates Interval

A high intensity fusion of Pilates, Kickboxing, and Sculpting. If you are looking to bring your workouts to the next level, this is the class for you!

Step & Sculpt

Cardio and strength come together to help you lose fat, tone up and increase your cardiovascular capacity all in one hour.


Spice up your cardio routines with this innovative Step Class. This is an hour full of exciting Step choreography and fun power moves built from simple base combinations to make you sweat. Open to all levels and guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

Total Body Conditioning

If you’re pressed for time then this class is for you! Strength training meets cardio in this jam-packed class. The best strength training moves industry wide (real proven winners) to sculpt your body, with intervals of cardio interspersed throughout the workout make for a Total Body Workout you’ll never forget.

Total Body Express

Pushups plus compound movements make this 30-minute dynamic class fun, motivating, and a total body experience.


ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body.

Senior Classes

Gentle Yoga (HATHA)

This class consists of postures designed to stretch and strengthen the body with a strong emphasis on breath and being mindful in your movements. Through consistent Yoga practice you will increase strength, flexibility, reduce stress and muscular tension and balance mind, body and spirit. Most postures will be performed on the floor. Blanket and yoga strap recommended.

Movin’ On Up

In your chair or on your feet, it’s the most enjoyable workout out there. Fun aerobics with some light muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility work.

Cycling Classes

All Road

Designed to build leg strength, endurance, and power. Train aerobically and anaerobically as you accelerate, breakaway, climb mountains and recuperate. A great cross-training workout!

Cardio Cycle

This cycling class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity and recovery phases. Participants will sprint, run, climb, and jump all in the same ride to burn calories and strengthen the cardiovascular system.

Cycle & Scuplt

This intense interval class meets in the Cycle Studio and combines intervals of spinning with intervals of weight training to offer cardio and strength in one dynamic hour.

Cycle It Off

These classes are classic cycling profiles such as endurance, speed, power, strength, and intervals. However, they are programmed to help you maximize your fat loss while improving muscle tone, and protecting muscle mass


Designed to work at a steady state enhancing muscle endurance and efficiency.

Open Cycling

Ride alone, or as a family in this Cardio Cycling class open to ages 10 and up (participants must be 58 inches or taller to ride). Increase cardiovascular endurance and improve leg strength while enjoying great music and group energy.

Pilates Classes

Multi-level Pilates

This class is open to both the novice and more experienced Pilates student. The instructor will tailor the class to the students in attendance with a challenging mix of both basic and intermediate Pilates moves. Instructors are prepared to challenge the skill level of each person, and will give direction and modifications to ensure that you can work with what feels best.

Pilates Interval

A high intensity fusion of Pilates, Kickboxing and Sculpting. If you are looking to bring your workouts to the next level then this is the class for you!

Yoga Classes

Chair Yoga

Join us for a class of stretching and strengthening in a chair with a mix of standing and balancing poses. The focus on breathing and posture will reduce stress and increase overall well-being.

Chill Out Yoga

Totally “chill out” in this stress-busting class with an emphasis on stretching and breathing to release muscle tension. This class will also incorporate a variety of basic yoga postures that will strengthen the body, improve balance, and calm the mind. Great for all levels, including beginners.

Power Yoga

A perfect way to strengthen, tone, and balance your mind and body. A dynamic Vinyasa flow of blending breath and movement will leave you energized while washing away tension.

Vinyasa Yoga

A flow-based yoga linking breath to movement. The class will include sun salutations, standing, seated and balancing postures. For intermediate to advanced practitioners. Modifications will be given through out the practice.


In this supportive environment, learn how to listen to your body’s needs and respect its limitations through gentle stretching. For beginner, intermediate and advanced.


A complete and comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates strengthening exercises together in a safe, effective results-oriented class. It is excellent for developing muscular definition and overall fitness while also creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and overall well-being.

Golf Specific

TPI Training

The best golfers in the world have made fitness an integral part of their game and have forever changed the sport. However, most amateur and recreational golfers have not taken advantage of getting their bodies in the best physical condition to play the game they love. Without correcting the physical limitations, it is often impossible to make swing changes. The TPI Training program is PGA and LPGA approved, providing a golf-specific assessment including a biomechanical evaluation and custom exercise program to optimize your swing results while minimizing your risk of injury.
