Masters Swim

Don’t let the name fool you! The Masters program is for adults of all swimming abilities and backgrounds. Coach Brian Noyes, swimmer and triathlete, focuses the swim workouts on stroke technique, with a goal of building efficient swimmers while improving your conditioning. Whether you’re a beginner, a regular lap swimmer looking for new ways to improve your workouts, or a triathlete getting ready for the summer season, this is the program for you.

High School Masters

This is a seasonal program designed for high school swim team participants to get a jump on the competition with a pre-season swim program run in conjunction with the adult Masters Program under coach Brian Noyes. [see schedule for class times]
