Aquatics Group Exercise Classes

DEEP AQUA FIT

This is a zero impact deep water aerobic class. The class will travel back and forth the width of the pool using a variety of leg and arm movements such as running and cross country skiing. Water weights and tethers may be used for additional conditioning. Class is designed for all levels. Flotation belts are worn requiring no swimming ability.

DEEP CARDIO SPLASH

Deep water aerobics and strength training.

DEEP WATER

This no impact class provides a cardio workout. Be prepared to run, cross country ski, jack and much more using a flotation belt.

SHALLOW AQUA EX

This 50 minute class is held in the shallow end of the pool. A combonation of movements will be used to acheive a cardio workout in the water. Participants can move at their own pace or use an alternate movement if preferred. Water weights will be used to strengthen and tone.

MASTERS

Masters is a coached non-competitive swim practice for ages 18 and up. It will help improve your individual swim goals whether they be for triathalon training or swimming for physical benefits. This program is open to swimmers of all levels from seasoned veterans to those returning to the sport.

HIGH SCHOOL MASTERS

High School Masters swim is for any high school age swimmer who is looking to improve their skills and fitness earlier in the season. Swim in conjunction with the Masters swim group doing a variation of their workout, depending upon your own fitness and skill level.
