Group Exercise Aquatics Programs

CLASS DESCRIPTION SCHEDULE
Deep Aqua Fit This is a zero impact deep water aerobic class. The class will travel back and forth the width of the pool using a variety of leg and arm movements such as running and cross country skiing. Water weights and tethers may be used for additional conditioning. Class is designed for all levels. Flotation belts are worn requiring no swimming ability. Aquatics Group
Deep Cardio Splash Deep water aerobics and strength training. Aquatics Group
Deep Water This no impact class provides a cardio workout. Be prepared to run, cross country ski, jack and much more using a flotation belt. Aquatics Group
Deep This aqua combo class will begin in the shallow water for the first half hour and then transition into the deep end for the second half hour. Exercises focus on core and increasing cardio, toning and flexibility. Flotation belts are worn requiring no swimming ability. This class is designed for all levels. Aquatics Group
Shallow Aqua Combo In this class you will perform water exercises that provide strength and toning benefits. Class features basic aqua cardio and sculpting through a variety of calisthenics and modified dance steps. Tools such as noodles and aqua weights may be used. Aquatics Group
Summer Aqua Fit High impact shallow water aerobics for the individual who wants to get a great workout. A moderate to intense cardiovascular exercise program set to music. Be prepared to work hard in this class. All ages welcome, exercises can be modified
Water Walk & Tone This class incorporates many creative varied walking movements while using water weights to add resistance and help tone the upper body. Water walking does not have to be boring! Using safe controlled movements will help improve flexibility, strength and build endurance as well as improving muscular balance. Aquatics Group
Masters Swim Geared towards master swimmers or aspiring triathletes who want to develop a better swimming program for fitness. This multi-level structured workout will teach all types of swim strokes with emphasis on freestyle and stroke mechanics. Aquatics Group
Masters
High School Masters High School Masters swim is for any high school age swimmer who is looking to improve their skills and fitness earlier in the season. Swim in conjunction with the Masters swim group doing a variation of their workout, depending upon your own fitness and skill level. Aquatics Group
